At Aura Luxury, we understand that plans can change. Below are the terms governing order cancellations, refund processes, and conditions.
You can request to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our fulfillment center. Once an order is handed over to our shipping courier, we cannot accept cancellation requests. You may, however, request a return under our Return Policy after receiving the item.
To request a cancellation, please log in to your account dashboard, go to the "My Orders" tab, and click the "Cancel Order" button next to your pending order (if available). Alternatively, email us immediately at cancellations@auraluxury.com with your Order ID.
To prevent fraudulent and fake bookings, the following terms apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment channel (credit/debit card, netbanking, or UPI wallet). The refund amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, in compliance with standard bank processing windows.
