You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including warranty cards, tags, and accessories).
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain products are non-returnable:
Once we receive your returned item at our Mumbai fulfillment center, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, bank account, or original payment channel (including UPI/COD advance accounts) within 5 to 7 business days.
To initiate a return or claim, please raise a ticket from your account dashboard or email us directly at returns@auraluxury.com with your Order ID and photos of the product condition.
