1. Conditions of Sale

By placing an order on our platform, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all customer contact and delivery details provided are accurate.

2. Payment & Purchase Options

We offer two payment channels:

• Full Online Payment: Subject to product-specific discounts. The entire amount must be paid successfully through our payment gateway before order packaging begins.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Requires a nominal secure advance payment online. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or UPI to the delivery executive upon arrival at the destination address.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login passwords and account credentials. Aura Luxury reserves the right to suspend accounts or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activities or fake COD bookings.

4. Liability & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
